On 1st December 2013, the Risen Christ Youth Symphony was invited to provide music for a luncheon at Tanah Merah CC. This was a Christmas party for people who are essentially homeless and are currently being housed by the state. It was non-religious, but organized by a Catholic charities organization.
About 10 members of the Risen Christ Youth Symphony performed a number of Christmas carols, providing a little Christmas cheer to these folks.
